service to our veterans
The mission of Paladin is twofold; first Warriors serving each other and secondly Warriors continuing to serve America. Paladin is an organization made up of Warriors that have served America and banded together to serve each other. Today, there is a crisis among the ranks of our military returning home with uncertainty to their future. One of our founding principles is that “No Warrior is left in the field”. For our purposes that means that each Military member returning home should be able to return to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness; the same rights they have fought, bled, and watched others die for. For them to return to despair and uncertainty is insufficient for a Warrior’s return home. In historical times, Warriors have won the battles and then stayed in the area to build the community. Through Paladin, we will give them opportunities to return to their community building new businesses with their leadership, skills, and perseverance.
Paladin will work with our returning veterans to help them find opportunities within our organization, establish their own business or franchise, and find jobs that they are qualified for. This outreach will sometimes require time efforts and others monetary efforts. As our efforts become profitable those profits will be used to provide new opportunities that they can become part of or will be used to support service efforts.
Service Efforts
As Paladin becomes successful we will fund efforts such as temporary housing with medical, and psychological needs as well as in home nursing care. As the organization grows it will create new opportunities in new areas to serve veterans with business opportunities and services where they are found. This model will create profit and cost centers to provide these types of opportunities. Our opportunities will focus on the abilities of the veterans in need to ensure their successes.
Need realized
Every day men and women from our armed services are putting their lives in harms way. They go to places that no one else would to defend liberty for every American and those that are indigenous in that area. Every day 20 or more of these veterans, either prior service or activity duty, take their own lives. Every day these men and women cry out for help and wonder if anyone hears them. Paladin is an veteran owned organization that has heard their cries for help. We have determined that much of this is a need for stability in their lives – Home, Work, Family. In order to help provide these facets of stability we are building businesses and franchises to provide opportunity that leads to home, medical benefits, and stability to their family.
